Lip Bully prides itself on being 100% cruelty free! 🐇 We are also vegan! 🌱 

💋 I placed my order, how can I track my it?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Processing time is between 2-4 business days. Tracking information will be sent with each order. If you have any further questions about your order, please email us at customerservice@lipbully.com 📧

💋 Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We do offer exchanges within 7 business days of receiving your initial order. Please refer to our refund page for more information. 

💋 Should I set up an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to set up an account to place an order, however if you do, you'll get VIP access to early promotions and product releases. 

💋 Can I change my order once I have placed it?

 No, all orders are final. 

💋 How can I get the best wear out of my lipstick? 

Always make sure your lips are clean and exfoliated. We recommend using our lip scrub. Also, make sure lips are moisturized!
